D.O.C.
Torrette is the largest DOC of the Valle d'Aosta, source of the homonymous wine. The main variety is Petite Rouge, native and also the most widespread of the region.

Production process
Vinification
Destemming of chilled grapes, fermentation for 12 days in stainless steel at a controlled temperature (26°C), with daily pump-overs.
Ageing
In stainless steel for 6 months.

Tasting notes
Ruby with violet hues. On the nose, delicate and elegant, with notes of violet and wilted rose. On the palate, it is balanced, fresh, and fruity, with a subtle acidic and mineral vein that echoes the aromatic notes.
Suggested food pairing
Cured meats and cold cuts, mushroom polenta, roasted and grilled meats. Traditionally enjoyed throughout the meal in the Aosta Valley.
