Petite Arvine Fleur grows in a single vineyard in the vocated area of Montjovet in the lower valley, historically recognized for quality production.

This gives rise to a concentrated and richly aromatic Petite Arvine.

Vineyard

Vineyard Area about 1.50 ha, Guyot system; planting of 7,500 feet per hectare, cordon and retouch rows. Yield 8,000 kg/ha.

Production process

Vinification Selection of grapes, chilling and whole cluster soft pressing of grapes, 12-day fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature (13 °C).

Bottle aging Matured "sur lies" for 9 months.

Net dry extract Alcohol 14.5% vol.

Tasting Notes

Brilliant, straw yellow with greenish notes. Floral and citrusy nose (white flowers, broom and orange blossom). Full and savory on the palate, with a lingering finish.

Salmon tataki, steamed ravioli, fresh goat tomino, mushroom risotto.
