Petite Arvine Fleur grows in a single vineyard in the vocated area of Montjovet in the lower valley, historically recognized for quality production.

This gives rise to a concentrated and richly aromatic Petite Arvine.

Vineyard

  • Vineyard Area about 1.50 ha, Guyot system; planting of 7,500 feet per hectare, cordon and retouch rows. Yield 8,000 kg/ha.
  • Altitude Altitude 350 meters above sea level.
  • Type of land Moraine, loose, sloping with southern exposures.

Production process

  • Vinification Selection of grapes, chilling and whole cluster soft pressing of grapes, 12-day fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature (13 °C).
  • Aging
  • Bottle aging Matured "sur lies" for 9 months.
  • Total acidity 7.5 g/L
  • pH 3.1
  • Net dry extract Alcohol 14.5% vol.

Tasting Notes

  • Brilliant, straw yellow with greenish notes. Floral and citrusy nose (white flowers, broom and orange blossom). Full and savory on the palate, with a lingering finish.

Recommended pairings

  • Salmon tataki, steamed ravioli, fresh goat tomino, mushroom risotto.
