The sustainability of Les Crêtes
Quality Assurance and Traceability for Integrated Agriculture in Italy.
The National Quality System of Integrated Production (SQNPI) affects the Agribusiness Product category and applies to all farms in Italy that use integrated agricultural production techniques.
It aims to enhance and identify plant productions, obtained in accordance with regional integrated agricultural production specifications by adding value to the product vis-à-vis the large-scale retail trade and the consumer in terms of safety, quality and cultivation processes that respect the environment and human health.
Because consuming less is green, but using efficient plants is green inside!
Our commitment is to differentiate ourselves with responsible behavior in favor of the local area and the social and environmental context. Les Crêtes is proud to be still and always green inside!
But using green energy is a start. But knowing also the renewable plant from which it comes and the source used to produce it between wind, water and sun, then you can say with certainty that you are using only 100 percent renewable energy.
Photovoltaic systems
Since 2007, we have been committed to clean energy production thanks to two photovoltaic systems. A path that Les Crêtes takes to heart to further reduce our environmental impact.
Sustainable packaging
Sustainability is reflected in the selection of the most environmentally friendly packaging for our high-quality productions. The choice of cork and bottle is crucial not only to maintain the excellence of our wine, but also to protect the environment.

Lightweight bottles that help the environment
To help reduce our CO2 emissions, we are adopting lighter and lighter bottles.
This choice not only decreases weight and, consequently, energy consumption during transport, but also reduces the amount of materials used, thus limiting the overall environmental impact. Each lightweight bottle represents a step toward a more sustainable future, helping to preserve natural resources and minimize the ecological footprint of our productions.
