Petite Arvine Fleur is only found in a single vineyard of the lower sector of Valle d'Aosta, in the municipality of Monjovet, renowned for the quality of the production, it generates a concentrated Petite Arvine, rich in aromatic properties

Terraces on S, SE, NE aspect, alpine climate with short, cool and windy summers. Long, cold winters with pronounced seasonal ranges with low levels of rainfall.

Surface 1,50 ha circa, Guyot training system; planting density 7.500 plants/ha, on embankments and slopeways. Yield 8.000 kg/ha.

Soil type

Inclined, morenic soil with granitic base (sand +50%, medium lymestone and abundant residue).

Production process


Vinification

Selection and chilling of the grapes and gentle, pneumatic pressing of the whole cluster. Fermentation of 12 days in stainless steel, at a controlled temperature (13°c)

Ageing

Lees ageing for 9 months.

Tasting notes


Bright yellow, tinge of green. Floral and citrus on the nose (broom and orange blossom).Palate : soft, rounded, sapid and long finish.
