Imposing, complex blend of white grapes, selected and vinified according to experience developed over 40 years by experimenting with different varieties and techniques. The goal is to unite the characteristics of the Petite Arvine, aged in large oak, and the Pinot Gris that matures in barrique. Neige d'Or is inspired by the minerality of the cuvee and is a statement of its preciousness.

Production process
Vinification
Selection and chilling of the grapes and gentle, pneumatic pressing of the whole cluster. Partially fermented in large, 30hl oak barrels and the rest in french oak barriques of 300L.

Tasting notes
Bright yellow with hints of gold. Floral, fruity and spicy on the nose. Palate : harmony, consistent and complex with an elegant finish.

Crostini with gee butter and anchovies, fried eel, monkfish in its sauce, catalan style lobster and why not… Fontina d’alpeggio
