The Petite Arvine is a traditional grape of the valley that ripens late. The name indicates the small size of its berries and arvine reders to the varietal family. This wine is and emblem of the Valle d'Aosta territory and it is characterised by its intense minerality, accentuated salinity and aromatic profile

Production process
Vinification
Selection and chilling of the grapes and gentle, pneumatic pressing of the whole cluster. Fermentation of 12 days in stainless steel, at a controlled temperature (14°c)

Lees ageing for 2 months.

Tasting notes
Bright yellow. Floral (jasmine and Petunia), apple, plum and citrus on the nose. Palate : soft, mineral and balanced.
Suggested food pairing
Tuna tartare, linguine with pesto, seabass and salmerino trout on herbs, also suitable for aperitif.
