강렬하고 엄격한 이 토착 와인은 우리 땅이 주는 가장 구조적인 레드 와인입니다. 이 와인의 이름은 풍부한 꽃을 피운 베리의 스모키한 회색에서 유래했습니다.
전통적으로 강렬한 색감 때문에 블렌딩에 사용되었지만 1970년대 현지 비네론 와인 생산자들에 의해 구출되어 발레 다오스타 DOC의 일부가 되면서 멸종 위기에 처했습니다. 1993년 레 크르떼에서 처음으로 순수하게 양조하여 병에서 오래 숙성하기에 적합한 우아함을 지닌 와인임을 입증했습니다.
