- All prices include VAT; for any online purchases, any sums paid in advance are to be treated as a deposit.
The personal data provided will be processed in accordance with current legislation (EU Regulation 2016/679) solely for the purpose of managing the booking. - Your booking is only considered confirmed once you have received written confirmation (via email or WhatsApp message) from Les Crêtes and have paid the full amount in advance via a payment link. If you do not have a VISA or MASTERCARD credit card, we will send you our bank details.
- Any selection of cold cuts and cheeses is delivered fresh on the day, so advance booking is required. Availability cannot be guaranteed if no booking is made.
Please also inform us in advance of any food allergies or intolerances, or other special requirements. We accept no liability for any issues arising if these are not notified in advance. - The tour includes access to the wine production and ageing areas; all visitors are therefore required to follow the guidelines provided by the tour guides.
For logistical reasons, the winery reserves the right to group together several people, even from different bookings, for the tour and tasting. - Wine tastings are for adults only, as we are not permitted to serve alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.
General terms and conditions for changing or cancelling a guided tour booking:
- Any changes must be notified in writing (by email) within 2 working days of the appointment date, stating your first name, surname and booking reference:
1) In the event of a reduction in the number of bookings or a change to the type of tasting, provided this is notified within the aforementioned timeframe (48 hours), no cancellation fees will be charged and the value of the tasting for the cancelled participant(s) will be converted into a tasting voucher of equal value, valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation
2) If the number of guests increases or the type of tasting changes, the booking must be confirmed by Les Crêtes. If we are not notified in good time, it may no longer be possible to amend the booking and/or add accompanying wine selections.
- All booking cancellations must be notified in writing (by email) within 2 working days of the date of the visit, stating your first name, surname and booking reference. If notified within the aforementioned timeframe, the cancellation will incur no penalty and any amount already paid will be converted into a Tasting Voucher of equal value, valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation.
- Les Crêtes reserves the right to change the venue of the event or to cancel the event at any time due to force majeure and/or impossibility (including, but not limited to, weather conditions that make it impossible to hold the event, restrictions caused by the Covid-19 emergency, etc.). Should the cost of the experience have already been paid, participants are guaranteed a full refund, whereby the amount paid will be converted into a Tasting Voucher of equal value, even if the change of venue prevents the purchaser from taking part in the tour and tasting.
- Under no circumstances will the amount paid for the experience be refunded by cancelling the receipt; instead, a tasting voucher for the same amount, valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation, will be issued, provided that the cancellation is made within the timeframes specified above. No voucher will be issued if the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the start of the experience or in the event of a no-show.
General rules of conduct for visitors:
- The tour time is fixed and cannot be changed, in order to accommodate any additional participants who have booked.
Visitors are kindly requested to notify us promptly of any delays to ensure that we can organise the visit more effectively. Should the delay be excessive, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking, alter its duration or type, or omit the tour. - Entry to the factory premises is permitted only when accompanied by authorised staff.
- All visitors are requested to follow the instructions of their escorts at all times. In particular, you must:
1) Pay close attention to moving vehicles (e.g. forklift trucks);
2) Pay close attention to machinery in operation (e.g. presses, bottling machines);
3) Do not stray from your supervisors whilst in the production areas;
4) In the event of an emergency (fire, natural disaster), remain calm, stay with your guide, follow the guide’s instructions and use the escape routes indicated by the relevant signage.
- Les Crêtes accepts no liability for any personal injury or damage to property resulting from failure to comply with the rules of conduct or the instructions given by staff.
Pets: small pets are welcome in the tasting room, but are not permitted in the production and ageing areas. Please contact us for further information.
