Surface area: 1,5ha, sistema a Guyot training system; 7500 plants/ha, on embankments and slopeways. Yield 7.000 kg/ha.

Inclined, morenic soil with granitic base (sand +50%, medium lymestone and abundant residue).
Production process
Vinification
Whole cluster press, fermentation for 8/10 days, at controlled temperatures, in stainless steel. 40% undergoes malolactic fermentation
Ageing
Traditional methos production, 9 months ageing on the lees, in stainless steel, followed by 42 months second fermentation, Vintage, no dosage.

Tasting notes
Bright lemon, fine perlage, intense and diverse aromas, citron notes, yellow plum and delicate floral and mineral depth as well as a touch of baguette crust. Coherent on the palate, immediate sapidity that balances and tenses the wine. Fresh, harmonious finish.

Gnocchetti with a salmon and tyme sauce.
