The Pinot Gris is the testimony of our territory and it is varietally identifiable. The grapes reach complete maturation and after being chilled for a night they are whole cluster pressed, to preserve its precious aromatics. The yield is still limited as the vines are still young, being planted recently to replace vines that were too old.

Terraces on S, SE, NE aspect, alpine climate with short, cool and windy summers. Long, cold winters with pronounced seasonal ranges with low levels of rainfall

Surface area 0,60 ha circa, Guyot training; planting density 7.500 plants/ha, on embankments or slopeways. Yield 3.500 kg/ha.

Inclined, morenic soil with granitic base (sand +50%, medium lymestone and abundant residue).
Production process
Vinification
Chilling of the grapes and gentle, pneumatic pressing of the whole cluster. Fermentation of 15 days in stainless steel, at a controlled temperature (13°c)

Tasting notes
Bright lemon. Floral on the nose, scents of mountain herbs, linden and howthorn as well as pair and red apple. Palate : soft, rounded, sapid and mineral.
