The grapes for our Dorè are harvested late, just before the first snowfall. Its colour is deep golden which gives the name to the wine.

Vinification
Natural drying of the grapes on the plant, gentle pressing of the whole cluster, fermentation for 25 days at 13 °C.

Tasting notes
Golden lemon. On the nose sweet and creamy, like eggnog, custard, honey, juniper berry, caramel and dried apricot. On the palate, soft, fresh and sapid with a long finish.
Suggested food pairing
Dark chocolate, tegole biscuits, foie gras, bleu d’Aoste, smoked trout. A meditation wine.
